With the start of this week, coeo Inkasso is adding a personalised explanatory video to its wide range of services, which - with reference to the own demand - explains the most important components, payment and solution options. Following the video, embedded via a direct link, there are numerous options for settling the claim as well as various communication channels available in the event of queries. The service can also be evaluated using a feedback form, thus providing important input for improving the service provided by coeo Inkasso.
coeo Inkasso is thus not only broadening the range of its services in order to respond even better to the different needs in the repayment of receivables, but in particular wants to further increase the transparency of its receivables vis-à-vis the recipient - even if someone does not like to pick up the phone.
When developing the video service, it was important that the new medium is easy to understand and individually tailored, and that it is seamlessly linked to the available payment services and contact options.
"Mobile first" was also a consistent focus in the development of the video. The new video can now be accessed quickly and easily via the service portal from both mobile devices and PCs, all that is needed is the access data from the postal collection letter.
An english version will also be implemented within the next days.
